• Perform various carpentry tasks in new construction according to drawings and work descriptions.
• Build, assemble, and complete building components, interiors, and various carpentry solutions.
• Work with tools, machines, and materials according to current safety regulations and quality requirements.
• Independently solve problems and make decisions that lead to effective and sustainable work results.
• Ensure that projects follow clients' and the company's timelines and standards.
• Continuously contribute to improvements in work methods and the work environment.
• Maintain order at the workplace and perform daily inspections of equipment and materials.
• Collaborate in teams with colleagues from different trades within construction.

• Professional certificate as a carpenter and documented, several years of experience in carpentry within the construction industry.
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required to commute to work.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from drawings and technical documentation in Swedish.
• You work efficiently and accurately and always prioritize quality and safety.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in sheet metal work is an advantage.
• Education in construction, engineering, or equivalent is beneficial.
